Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

Payment and Shipment
Dermato Plastica Beauty Co., Ltd accepts Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express), cash, Cashier Check, wire transfer and Paypal (Verified Paypal User). Upon purchase, buyer’s responsible for shipping & handing fees, taxes and duties. 
The order can be canceled with full deposit refund within 5 business days of  placing order. If order is cancelled after 5 business days (need to get more clarification on the above in order to further edit.)
Warranty

We strive to produce quality products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Under normal operation, our products will perform well for its intend purpose as described in the User;s Manual.

The MAFT-Gun is guaranteed for 1 year (12 months) limited warranty excluding consumable parts, which are expected to last approximately 6 to 12 months depending on frequency of normal usage. Expendable parts may be purchased by contacting us. Should you find  any defects with the MAFT-Gun is please contact us via email at [email protected].

Should the MAFT-Gun require service after expiration of warranty, repair fees will apply. In addition, improper repair of adjustments made by anyone other than our service center will not be covered by our warranty. Please refer to our “Product Warranty Card” ( available upon purchase) for addition information.

Return/ Exchange Policy

We accept only unused product within 30 days of receipt of the for full refund of purchase price excluding the cost of Shipping & Handling. All return merchandise must be in its original packaging including all components, manuals, and warranty card.

Defective products may be exchanged for replacement.

For return / exchanges, please call us at +886-7-241-3386 or email us at [email protected] to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization”(RMA) before shipping the product back to us. The RMA is effective for 15 business days after issuance and cannot be renewed after expiration.
